Sour Daffodil

Well, Easter is upon us, and in western Oregon there are daffodils everywhere. Easter is a day of a lot of sweetness and cuteness. It may be a little too much for some of us so let’s pucker up a bit and enjoy a festive yet slightly sour drink for the day.  We strongly suggest using Crescendo’s Limoncello, another great Oregon product.

Sour Daffodil


  • Cool Limoncello (Crescendo from Eugene) & Swallowtail Vodka
  • 2 oz. Swallowtail Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz. Limoncello

Directions: Shaken & strained over cubed ice in rocks glass, garnish with a sugared slice of lemon & a Maraschino cherry.
