Our vodka is produced from Non-GMO corn. Distilled 6 times, it stands out from the competition for its slight sweet taste and smooth texture, achieved, in part, by both our water and a proprietary, two-stage, carbon filtration process. Each stage filtering over 60 times. Swallowtail Spirits’ Vodka received a double gold medal at the 2017 Seattle International Spirits competition.
Enjoyable to drink straight up or in a cocktail. Our premium vodka has been compared to many of the top, premium brands, but is priced much more reasonably, making it a considerable value for its price. This vodka received a Double Gold Medal from Seattle International Spirit Awards.
Our infused vodkas are crafted with 100% real fruit locally sourced from Oregon. We don't use any artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners or added sugar so the naturally balanced, real-fruit flavor is all you taste. Each bottle of flavored vodka has over one pound of raw fruit infused into it giving it delicious flavor and a smooth finish. We are currently making Marionberry, Raspberry and Apple Cider.
