Lime Cilantro Copper River King Salmon with Honey-Glazed Carrots
We have taken a choice Copper River King Salmon fillet and topped it will a medley of fresh lime, cilantro, and garlic that is seasoned with salt, pepper, and coconut oil. Saba Braised Lamb Shank with Root Vegetable Mash
First, we braise our locally sourced lamb shank from Deck Family Farms and then drizzle it with our signature Saba reduction from an aged balsamic vinegar base. We then serve it on a bed of root vegetable mash comprised of turnips, rutabagas, and parsnips blended with butter, olive oil, and heavy cream.

Lemon Cream Fruit Tart
This large tart is meant to be shared and is the perfect conclusion to your meal. The sugar cookie shell is filled with a lemon and mascarpone cream, topped with fresh raspberries and strawberries and then place on a locally sourced honey drizzle.
